Description of Legal Experience: Focus of legal practice has been insurance defense and public entity defense since 1981. Formerly associated with Harr, Arthofer & Ayres, Halkides & Morgan, Borton, Petrini & Conron, Gerard & Ayres, Reynolds & Ayres, and Ault, Midlam & Reynolds. Began as a law clerk working for the insurance defense firm of Ault, Midlam & Reynolds while in law school and continued with the firm after admission to the Bar. Litigated and tried cases ranging from wrongful death to wrongful termination including automobile accidents, slip- and- fall cases, dog bite incidents, construction defect, medical and legal malpractice, and real estate cases. Over the last 16 years, primary emphasis has been with insurance defense and public entity defense.
